My Shop
My Shop, powered by the Shop POS platform, collects the information needed to serve you: your name, phone number, address and order history.
Your information is used only to fulfil orders, manage khata (credit) accounts, send receipts and provide customer support. It is never sold to third parties.
Order and payment records are kept by the shop for accounting and legal compliance. Platform-level usage statistics are aggregated and anonymised.
You may ask the shop to correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting the shop directly.
Cookies are used only where needed to run the storefront (for example, remembering your cart).
