Orders placed through the storefront are confirmed by the shop before delivery. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where stated.
Payments may be cash on delivery or the payment methods the shop offers. Khata (credit) balances are payable to the shop on the agreed terms.
Products may be returned or exchanged according to the shop's own policy and applicable Bangladeshi consumer law.
